The Patient Portal is a web-based system that is your secure communication link with our office. When you log in to the Patient Portal with your private user name and password, you can:
- Use the messaging feature to contact us.
- Request a medication refill.
- View results of lab and other diagnostic tests.
- View your medical record, and print or save an electronic copy of your Health Summary.

We now offer convenient online billing and bill payment services. Why use online billing? Simple - it's easy, fast, and always available.
Cardiovascular Associates of Charlottesville is pleased to introduce a new service called Patient Exchange. With this program you can make a single payment, register to make regular payments, sign up for electronic billing statements, and more. We are offering Patient Exchange in cooperation with our partner, Gateway EDI.
